NOMAD Youth & Community Project

The demand for food parcels recognised across the country is reflected here in Henley-on-Thames and the surrounding villages.

In 2018 NOMAD delivered 206 emergency food parcels, (503 bags of food) which directly benefitted 264 adults and 157 children. In addition, NOMAD also provided 34 food parcels for homeless people

and 117 Christmas food parcels, (298 bags of food).

We are thankful to all the volunteers who help us make up food parcels and deliver them throughout the year and grateful for all donations of ambient food items and toiletries given by local schools, groups and individuals.

There is a permanent food collection point at Tesco and Sainsburys in Henley and goods can always be dropped off here at the d:two centre.

If the Cafe is closed, please feel free to ring the NOMAD bell by the single green doors to the right of the main entrance (the large green double doors)
